Phil Thompson

Phil is a graduate of the University of Toronto Law School (1980), and was called to the bar in 1982. His practice focuses on strategic relationships and transactions, with an emphasis on the purchase, sale and financing of privately owned businesses and investment real estate. He also has a very active hotel and hospitality practice.
